London, England, September 7, 2007…e-mediavision.com announced today that its POINT-HD broadcast Telestrator now supports the DELTA-hd range of video frame buffer cards.
Telestrator offers broadcasters more choice for system configuration .

With POINT-HD, presenters can annotate, draw, place and move animated graphics over live video, using a touch screen monitor(s). The user interface can be customized to suit individual preferences, allowing the non-technical presenter to easily use the tools live on air with minimal training.

The POINT-HD system is comprised of an approved computing hardware platform (such as the HP XW8400 workstation), video frame buffer card, touch screen and the POINT-HD software.

The DELTA-hd card provides all the broadcast video I/O features required currently, and e-mediavision.com also plans to leverage the extended capabilities of the hardware through software development to add new features in the future such as support for a Linux-based POINT-HD Telestrator.
