DataMiner, which received several prestigious industry awards, is one of the most comprehensive and widely deployed multi-vendor network management solutions in the industry, enabling operators to manage their technical ecosystem end-to-end across all vendor and technology boundaries. But in addition to all that, DataMiner 5.0 also includes no less than four major innovations in different areas.

DMS Customer Premises Equipment Manager (DMS-CPE) is a professional solution designed to manage high volumes of CPE devices such as modems and set-top boxes. DMS-CPE comes fully integrated with the existing DataMiner environment. This makes DataMiner the first solution in the industry capable of managing every single active component in the technical ecosystem, creating visibility from where content is created to where it is delivered. DMS-CPE offers a plethora of features for statistical data processing and intuitive navigation, and an open architecture to facilitate integration with external data sources such as inventory databases.

DMS Integrated Collaboration Environment (DMS-ICE) is an innovative new concept introduced in the DataMiner System, and an NMS industry-first, oriented at enhancing communications between the disparate users and stakeholders of the NMS environment. DMS-RCA comes with an intuitive connectivity database editor and open architecture features to automatically sink that database with virtually any kind of external data source.
