4K video player
The DSV-J2 offers HD, 2K and 4K video replays for special venues. Doremi has applied its high data rate videodisk store know-how to offer a simple-to-install and use, single-server playback system for 2K and 4K in a 4RU chassis (3RU for 2K) and at breakthrough low prices. The 4K configuration of the DSV-J2 is an ideal source for the Sony SXRD 4K projector, supporting MPEG2 MXF and the visually lossless JPEG2000 MXF file playback. The increasingly in-demand stereo video replay is available at up to 2K video format. The image files can be created by Doremi's DMS-2000 hardware-accelerated JPEG2000 mastering station.

Complete, compact HD player solution
The popular Nugget video player with high quality MPEG2 video at up 80Mb/s is now offered complete with its own DAM software to allow multiple file type import (AVI, MPEG, WMV, DVCPRO, DV, HDV, QuickTime…) and to replay them as MPEG on Nugget. The DAM includes an intuitive playlist generator to provide quick and easy playback. The DCP-2000 is the DCI JPEG2000 and MPEG2 MXF Interop player server that is the most installed JPEG2000 Digital Cinema server to date with over 3000 units in operation. Doremi continues to add advanced features such as 3D playback and enhanced security that includes CineLink II strong link encryption, Thomson’s NexGuard and Philips’ CineFence forensic watermarking, making the DCP-2000 the most cine secure server on the market.

DSM to DCDM assistance
The new Cocoon is an image conversion software package designed to help aspects of the digital cinema mastering process; specifically creating the digital cinema distribution master (DCDM) from the digital source master (DSM) created by post-production. Cocoon provides colour space conversion, typically from production’s RGB to digital cinema’s X?Y?Z?, and includes look-up tables (LUTs) for colour adjustment and other tools all working up to 4K image size.

Theatre automation – supports last-minute screen changes
TLMS-2000 is a central theatre automation and library management system to support multiplex cinema operation. Besides offering the automation of routines such as opening the curtains and dimming the lights, it also provides support for last-minute screen changes, so the full flexibility of digital presentations is available to respond to the latest screening demands.
