Niagara® SCX® Pro With MPEG-4
The Niagara® SCX® Pro software controls and monitors multiple encoders over an IP network from a single interface and adds the ability of MPEG-4/H.264and H.263 live streaming encoding. With SCX Pro, users can set up and control encoders throughout an enterprise or over the Internet with a single interface, eliminating the need for multiple products, such as Windows Media® Encoder, RealProducer®, or Helix? Mobile Producer to control and monitor the encoding process.

ViewCast will also be including the Adobe® Flash® Media Encoder which enables one to capture audio and video while streaming it live to a Flash Media Server (FMS) or to a Flash Video Streaming Service (FVSS). Live Flash encoding will add to the broad range of streaming formats supported by its GoStream® Plus and Niagara Pro streaming media appliances that can then be used for both live and video-on-demand (VOD) applications.

Niagara SchedulStream®
Niagara SchedulStream® automation software helps schedule and manage MPEG-4, Windows Media, and RealVideo® encoding sessions. SchedulStream is an upgrade to the company's latest Niagara SCX® software, which provides an encoder management interface for Niagara Streaming Systems. In addition, Niagara SCX coupled with SchedulStream is compatible with all Harris media management
and automation systems, leveraging the standard communications protocol for legacy broadcast studio and post-production equipment.
